DESCRIPTION : AM 3302 HF is polypropylene compound with mineral content of 10% for general injection use. It exhibits toughness and resists dimensional changes due to weathering and temperature. The injection mold part surface has lower scratch resistance compared to fibre filled compound.
APPLICATIONS : Automotif application, Electronic tools components such as: fan mounting, washing machines components, dispenser components, magic com components, etc.
PROCESSING CONDITIONS :
- It is advisable to eliminate moisture at 90-950 for 2-3 hours.
- Cylinder Temperature 220-2500 C
- Mould Temperature 50-700 C
