DESCRIPTION : DF 1006 is polyamide-6 compound with glass fibre content of 30% for heigh end injection purpose. Processed under strict supervision it exhibits superior strength and high heat distortion temperature. DF 1006 can be used to replace other polyamide-6,6 glass fibre compound in many areas due to its much improved specification.
APPLICATIONS : Engine parts, fan blades, mufflers and electrical equipment.
PROCESSING CONDITIONS :
? Predrying for 3-4 hours at 850 C
? Barrel Temperature 250-2700 C
? Mould Temperature 60-900 C
